Jerold A. Moses

Jerry Moses concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and business transactions. His representation includes all parties to these transactions such as commercial property owners and buyers, landlords and tenants and business owners and buyers. He also represents borrowers in commercial loan transactions and has experience representing lenders in commercial loans secured by real estate and other assets. Mr. Moses also practices general business law, including the establishment of entities and their organization documentation and on-going matters.  Mr. Moses is recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) for Real Estate Law.

Mr. Moses’ experience of all aspects of these transactions gives him insight into the needs of his particular client while keeping in mind the objective to make sure that the transaction is successfully completed.

Mr. Moses joined Fedder and Garten in 1997 and became a shareholder in 2004. He was born and raised in Baltimore. Jerry has been licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland since 1982.  He also is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Maryland since 1982.
