Overview

Clients such as a major real estate developer, financial institutions, national broker dealers, several national title insurance underwriters, a nursing home chain, a surety company, and other national, regional and local businesses and individuals turn to our firm when confronted with litigation. We take pride in our zealous, aggressive, and ethical representation of our clients’ interests, with the understanding that common sense advice is crucial at all stages of the litigation process. In each representation, we ensure that our clients fully understand the potential cost, risks, and benefits of litigation. We work closely and communicate frequently with our clients, to ensure that we understand and achieve our clients’ objectives. Based upon our approach to litigation and the results that we have achieved, we have established long term relationships with our clients..   

We ensure that the attorneys with the requisite experience and skills are assigned to the matter at issue. We do not overstaff cases, and ensure that our services are provided as efficiently as possible. Our litigators have a broad range of experience in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level, and all are licensed in the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
