From the Jones Falls Expressway

Take I 83 South – the Jones Falls Expressway. (JFX)
From the beginning of the JFX at I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) continue on for approximately 10 miles, going to the very end where the JFX becomes President Street. (Shot Tower is on your left.)
Continue through 2 to 3 traffic lights and stay in your right lanes.
Right on Lombard Street
Continue 4 to 5 traffic lights and look for Charles Street. Stay in your right lane.

Take a wide right on Charles Street and take ramp into the underground parking garage for our building, Charles Center South. The parking garage is parallel to Charles Street and is located at Charles and Lombard Streets. It is parallel to Charles Street on the on left side of Charles Street and you will see a parking sign at the front of the entrance. This garage takes you under the building. Turn into the first garage. Advise the manager, Lee Douglas, that you are seeing us at Fedder and Garten. He will accommodate you. You may have to leave your keys with the attendant who will park you car.

Take the garage elevator to the main lobby level and follow the hall around to the lobby reception desk. You will need to show photo identification to attendant who will provide you with a badge and can direct you to the elevators that will take you to the 23rd floor.

Our office address is 36 South Charles Street – Suite 2300. Our building, Charles Center South is a 25 story building. It is black faced, has windows that reflect and a large “36” sign on the side of building facing Charles Street.

Take I-95 South through the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
Take I-395 Ramp into Downtown Baltimore to Conway Street.
Right on Conway Street to Charles Street (second traffic light)
Left on Charles Street.

Exit Baltimore Washington Expressway I-295 North towards Baltimore.
Proceed 3 to 5 miles – the B/W Expressway becomes Russell Street.
Go past two stadiums and continue to Pratt Street.

Right on Pratt Street and proceed approximately 4 traffic lights
Left on Charles Street.
Proceed through 1 traffic lights until you get to Lombard Street. Stay and stay in left lane.

From Hunt Valley

I-83 South to I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) towards Glen Burnie.
Go 2 to 3 exits on the Baltimore Beltway and get back on I-83 South. Stay in your right lanes on the Baltimore Beltway, which will lead you onto the Jones Falls Expressway (“JFX”).
