Mr. Dubovsky practices in the areas of general civil litigation including commercial litigation, title insurance defense and general real estate litigation. Prior to joining Fedder & Garten, Mr. Dubovsky’s practice concentrated in the area of professional malpractice defense, including civil litigation and disciplinary proceedings.
