Jeffrey Abarbanel is President of the Firm and supervises the Firm’s business and corporate department. 

In addition to business and corporate law, Mr. Abarbanel has extensive experience in trusts and estates, real estate matters, employment law and marital agreements. Mr. Abarbanel has also advised individuals on business relationships, family business and wealth matters and investment opportunities.

Mr. Abarbanel joined the Firm in 1979 and has represented closely held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in a wide range of industries. Mr. Abarbanel is admitted to the Maryland bar.

Mr. Abarbanel’s community activities include a 6 year term and pro bono counsel on the Maryland Special Olympics Board and the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) as well as many volunteer cases with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services.
