Helen M. Smith

Ms. Smith's primary area of practice is estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax planning.  She obtained her Masters in Taxation in December, 2006, which provides her with a broad base of tax knowledge to assist her clients with their wealth preservation goals.  Ms. Smith also works with young couples and families in setting up their estate plan including prenuptial agreements, wills, trusts, naming guardians for minor children, powers of attorney and healthcare directives.  Helen has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
